Refund and Returns Policy

At Oh My Maker, we take pride in creating high-quality personalised items that are tailored to your specific needs. As a result, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for personalised items.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Please send an email to ohmymaker.sa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

Please note that items cannot be returned without prior approval. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet our eligibility requirements, you will be offered the choice of a refund or a replacement order.
